* Sleeps 20-24 Guests: 7 spacious bedrooms, including 6 king suites, and a custom-designed bunkroom with 6 full-size beds—ideal for large groups or multi-family vacations.
* 7 Bedrooms & 7.5 Bathrooms: Six luxurious king suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom and balcony with views, plus a bunkroom with its own bathroom for added convenience, and half bath for the game room

* Minimum Stays: 3-night minimum during peak seasons, spring break, and holidays. Weekday 2-night stays may be available during off-peak times.
* Starter Supplies: A starter supply of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc., is provided, but guests may need to bring additional items for the duration of their stay.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
